Under the Finnish Act on the Provision of Digital Services, Mandatum Life is obligated to ensure the accessibility of its digital services and content in compliance with the level A and AA criteria of the international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). The Act is based on the EU’s Web Accessibility Directive. The accessibility changes will affect the visual aspects of the digital services and improve their usability.
