Mandatum’s Web Service’s policy view changes on 5 October 2021

The summary view on Mandatum’s Web Service’s Policy page will change on 5 October 2021 as part of a more extensive renewal of the Web Service. After the update of the summary view, the views of single policies will be renewed one policy type at a time.

Thanks to a mobile optimised view, the changes will improve how policies can be viewed with smartphones.

The changes will have no effect on how customers log in to the Web Service. You will continue to log in using your personal banking codes. The change will concern all of Mandatum’s private customers.

The Web Service will not support the Internet Explorer 11 browser as of 5 October 2021

For information security reasons, Mandatum’s Web Service will not support the Internet Explorer 11 browser in the future. The Web Service works best with the most common and newest browsers, e.g. Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Safari.

The use of Internet Explorer will not be prevented, but Mandatum does not guarantee the proper functioning of the Web Service nor will it repair the Web Service’s features if problems arise when using Internet Explorer.

Impact on the ML Money mobile service

The renewal of the Web Service will not affect the ML Money mobile service.

Impact on the Trader securities trading service

The renewal of the Web Service will not affect the TraderONE and TraderGO securities trading platforms or mobile apps.
