Chief Actuary Janne Sorainen (M.Sc., SHV, CIIA) has been appointed member of the Extended Management Team of Mandatum plc effective 1 April 2024. He has worked at Mandatum Group since 2011. His responsibilities include the company’s actuary functions and ensuring the profitability of the insurance business as well as organising the company’s IFRS 17 accounting. He reports to the Group’s CFO.
