Following the completion of Sampo plc’s partial demerger on 1 October 2023, trading in Mandatum plc’s share started on Nasdaq Helsinki Main Market on 2 October 2023 with the ticker symbol "MANTA" and ISIN code FI4000552526.

Based on information available to Sampo on 4 May 2023, Blackrock, Inc. held 27,072,977 shares (5.40% of all shares) in total in Sampo and has received one Mandatum share against each Sampo share held by it as demerger consideration.
