This accessibility statement applies to the ML Money mobile service. The statement was drawn up on 16 June 2021.
The ML Money mobile service is subject to the Finnish Act on the Provision of Digital Services. The accessibility of the ML Money mobile service has been assessed at Mandatum Life.
State of accessibility of the ML Money mobile service
The ML Money mobile service fulfils some of the critical A and AA level accessibility requirements. The ML Money mobile service does not fulfil most of the A and AA level accessibility requirements.
Mandatum Life’s Web service at www.mandatumlife.fi is more accessible and covers the functionalities of the ML Money mobile service.
The ML Money mobile service’s non-accessible content
Content that is not accessible:
- Page breaks and modals
- ID creation
- NPS survey
- Investment objects
- Functionalities of the personnel fund
The WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) accessibility requirements that the content does not yet fulfil are listed below.
1.1 Text alternatives
There is no text alternative for all non-textual contents.
Not all contents fulfil the colour and contrast requirements.
The graphs cannot be read with a screen reader.
2.1 Keyboard accessible
Not all content has been implemented such that it is accessible using a keyboard.
2.2 Enough time
The ML Money mobile service’s time limit logs the user out without a prior warning.
The focus indicator is not visible with all of the user interface’s elements and it does not always move to the next content.
The screen reader does not recognise all of the elements correctly.
Not all headings describe the content or are in a hierarchical order.
The purpose of each link cannot be determined from the link text or link context.
4.1 Compatible and its sub-criteria
Compatibility with customer programmes, including assistive technology. The criteria are not met.
There are issues in the use of markup language.
Time frame for rectifying the issues and deviations: The most serious of the aforementioned problems and deviations in the ML Money mobile service will be rectified gradually during the current and next year.
