Accessibility of the documents presented in Mandatum’s and Kaleva’s Web Service

This accessibility statement applies to Mandatum’s and Kaleva’s Web Service Archive. Documents delivered to the customer as PDF files, such as contract documents, invoices and customer letters and notices, are presented in the Archive. The statement was drawn up on 14 December 2020.

The documents and material presented in Mandatum’s and Kaleva’s Web Service Archive are subject to the Finnish Act on the Provision of Digital Services, which requires digital services and content to be accessible.

The accessibility of the documents has been assessed at Mandatum.

Documents presented in the Web Service Archive prior to 23 September 2018 do not fall within the scope of the accessibility legislation and are therefore not accessible.

Schedule for rectifying deficiencies and deviations: The aim is to rectify the deficiencies and deviations in the documents presented in the Web Service Archive in 2021.
