Accessibility of Mandatum´s and Kaleva’s Web Service

This accessibility statement applies to Mandatum´s and Kaleva’s Web Service. The statement was drawn up on 27 November 2020 and updated on 7 May 2021.

Mandatum´s and Kaleva’s Web Service is subject to the Finnish Act on the Provision of Digital Services, which requires digital services and content to be accessible.

The accessibility of the Web Service has been assessed at Mandatum.

Not all content has been implemented such that it is accessible using a keyboard.

Compatibility with customer programmes, including assistive technology. The criteria are not met.

Schedule for rectifying deficiencies and deviations: The aim is to rectify the above-mentioned deficiencies and deviations in Mandatum´s and Kaleva’s Web Service and in its content gradually over the current and next year.
