Mandatum Asset Management has arranged a €40 million private financing to European Directories

Mandatum Asset Management Ltd, together with Mandatum Opportunistic Loan Strategy, have arranged private financing amounting to €40 million to European Directories BondCo S.C.A. (“European Directories”), a portfolio company of Triton Fund III. In addition to Sampo Group companies, Mandatum Opportunistic Loan Strategy, Mandatum Life Nordic High Yield Total Return Fund, and Mandatum Life Fixed Income Total Return Fund have invested in the transaction.
