This year, we are making a Christmas donation together with life insurance company Kaleva for Ukraine through UNICEF. The total donation sum is 15,000 euros.
UNICEF helps Ukrainian children and families by delivering aid and providing access to health services, clean water, and critical support services. All of UNICEF’s work is enabled by voluntary donations.
The donation is a perennial Christmas tradition and a part of our long-term sustainability work. Mandatum and Kaleva have donated funds allocated for Christmas presents for employees and customers for a good cause in multiple years. In previous years, we have made donations to We Foundation, The Mannerheim League for Child Welfare, WWF, Foundation for a Living Baltic Sea and Hope ry.
