The layout of Mandatum Life’s Web Service is being renewed. The new Web Service will be available to customers as of Monday, 10 February 2020.
There will be a service interruption in the Web Service between 6.00 a.m. and 9.00 a.m. on 10 February due to the launching of the new site. During the service interruption, logging in to the Web Service will not be possible.
The change will have no effect on how services are logged into. As our customer, you will continue to log in using your personal banking codes.

The changes will concern all of Mandatum Life’s private and corporate customers.

Renewed front page
-The Web Service’s most important features in a quick menu in the middle of the page
-Info banner with new messages or offers to be approved
-Mandatum Life’s press releases and latest news
-The latest articles from Life Magazine
-Language selection on the upper right-hand corner of the Web Service
-Updating customer information from the drop-down menu by clicking on the customer’s name
-Updated contents, and the instructions for using the Web Service have been updated
Impact of the changes on the ML Money mobile service
The changes will not affect the ML Money mobile service.
Impact of the changes on the Trader securities trading service
The changes will not affect the TraderONE and TraderGO securities trading platforms or the mobile apps.
