Mandatum Life Insurance Company Ltd has acquired a minority share (19.9%) of the Swedish alternative investment fund company Crescit.
The share acquisition will be carried out as a directed share issue. The acquisition is subject to the approval of the competent authorities.
Mandatum Life has had active institutional wealth management sales in Sweden for several years. The closer co-operation brought by the acquisition will reinforce the company’s institutional wealth management networks in the customer arena in Stockholm.
