The layout of the login pages for Mandatum Life’s Web Service, Mandatum Trader and mobile services will be renewed as of Wednesday, 25 September. The layout of the pages will change, as in future Mandatum Life will implement strong electronic customer authentication using an authentication service offered by Nets.
The change will have no effect on how services are logged into. As our customer, you will continue to log in using your personal banking codes.
Impact of the change on the ML Money mobile service
An updated version of the ML Money mobile app will be released, in which customer authentication takes place via Nets’s authentication service in the same way as for the Web Service. Update your app by downloading the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
Impact of the change on Mandatum Trader mobile apps
Updated versions of the Mandatum Trader ONE and Mandatum Trader GO mobile apps will be released. In the new versions, authentication takes place in the same way as for the Mandatum Trader service, via Nets’s authentication service. Update your app by downloading the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
